The Japanese Cocktail was originally created in the late 1800's but has recently risen the ranks as one of the more popular brandy beverages. It's origins are a bit of a mystery but it's obvious to us why it has become so popular. This is a must try for brandy and cocktail lovers.

2 ounces brandy
1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice
dash of Angostura biters
Load shaker with ice.
Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
Shake 20-30 seconds or until cold.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon or lime twist.
