- 2 ounces demerara rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounces Campari
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounces simple syrup
Load cocktail shaker with ice. Pour ingredients into the shaker and shake 15-20 seconds or until cold. Strain into old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lime slice.
