- 1.5 ounces bourbon
- .75 ounces elderflower liqueur
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 4 ounces ginger beer
Pour bourbon, elderflower liqueur and pomegranate into ice-filled collins glass. Stir briefly to combine and chill. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime slices.
